The FADESA Group has won the international public tender called by the Town Council of Csepel - Budapest for the development of a large-scale building project, which will consolidate the company's position in Hungary.
The Town Council of Csepel - Budapest has chosen FADESA's proposal to develop a property project which will be the only one of its kind in the city due to its composition and size. As well as homes it will include shopping areas, sports facilities, hotels and public services. FADESA will be developing the most important building project in the city of Budapest over an area of more than 80 hectares, located on the cape of the island of North Csepel, in the south of the city on the left bank of the Danube.
The company and the Town Council of Csepel - Budapest are currently negotiating the sale agreement for the project.
With the award of this tender, FADESA is strengthening its position in the Hungarian market, where it is already promoting over 270 upmarket homes right in the heart of the city, as well as being at an advanced stage with studies for other projects in the country.
