A new company, Aedes Servizi Srl, has been established for the provision of real estate services. The creation of this company is a further step in the implementation of Aedesâ new strategic plan aimed at transforming itself from a property company to a management company.
Aedes Servizi Srl will be specialised in the provision of real estate management and administration services both to the companies of the group and to third parties.
Aedes Servizi will focus on the services of asset management, property management, facility management, advisory services, and finance and administration services. The creation of the company is a further step towards the implementation of Aedesâ new strategic plan aimed at transforming itself from a property company to a management company focused on managing real estate funds, as well as on developing high value-added services for the funds, for joint ventures linked to specific projects and third parties, and implementing real estate development and trading initiatives.
Aedes Servizi Srl is the result of the spin-off of the division of Aedes SpA related to asset management, finance and administration, human resources, information systems, and general services. This unit includes the collection of fixed and intangible
assets, employees, and contracts regarding the activities above listed.
Aedes Servizi Srl, which has â¬60,000 in shareholdersâ equity, will receive 47 of the 70 employees which currently make up the Aedes SpA workforce.
Management of the new company shall be entrusted to a board of directors chaired by Luca Castelli, with the other directors being Paolo Sangiotta and Eugenio Agrati.
