EPRA appoints Mr Serge Fautr

At the Annual Conference 2004 of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), which was organised in Berlin on the 9th and 10th of September 2004, Mr Serge Fautré, CEO of Cofinimmo, was appointed as the new Chairman. His mandate will start on the 1st of April 2005 and will last for a period of three years. He will be replacing Mr Thom Wernink, former Chairman of the Dutch retail property investment company Corio.

As the Chairman of EPRA, Mr Serge Fautré´s ambition is to further promote, develop and represent the European public real estate sector. EPRA´s objectives are to establish the conditions for the expansion of the sector, to unite the public real estate sector, to improve information to investors, to promote common and workable standards of best practice and to create a focused and effective forum.
