Poland's commercial property market is in third place out of 13 'emerging' European countries, according to a research report carried out by Cushman & Wakefield H&B. 50 political, economic and property-factors influencing a country's property sector have been taken into account in order to calculate the rankings.
The first 5 positions are unchanged from 2004. The Czech Republic heads the list, with Hungary in second. Slovakia lies in fourth place, but has closed the gap on Poland since last year.
