Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management has acquired a light-industrial asset in a sale and leaseback transaction with OASIS Group. The property is located at Koningsbeltweg 21, Almere in the Netherlands and is acquired for the Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund. Koningsbeltweg 21 comprises warehouse and office space with a total LFA of approximately 10,500m². The property was constructed in 2003 and is long-term leased to OASIS Group. The property is located at Sallandsekant, a modern business park located near motorway junction Almere (A6/A27). The purchase price was not disclosed.
