Edmond de Rothschild REIM has purchased an industrial property through a sale and leaseback transaction with TIMTEX Transport. The property is located at Marifoonweg 2 in Amsterdam and was acquired for the Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Marifoonweg 2 comprises circa 12,350m² of office and industrial space. The property was built around 1999 and is strategically located on Sloterdijk, near to the city’s ring road and the centre of Amsterdam. Tenants of the complex include TIMTEX Transport.
