Echo Investment intend to develop an 84,000 m² shopping and leisure complex in Slupsk. The cost of the investment is estimated at PLN 200 million.
The developer has already bought a 64,000 m² plot in the vicinity of ul. Krzywoustego and ul. Grottgera. Echo Investment's plan is for construction work to start at the beginning of 2007, as they are still waiting to receive a building permit. The mall will contain more than 150 shops, a hypermarket, a large electronic goods store, a home and garden improvement store, as well as a multiplex, bowling alley and a discotheque.
