On May 27, DTZ Zadelhoff v.o.f. and HBG Vastgoed BV (BAM Vastgoed) have signed the agreement for the let- and salesmediation of the offices to be built on Zuiderval in Enschede. The new route to Enschede will undergo a true metomorphosis in coming years.
The citydevelopment plan contains approx. 100.000 mò of offices, housing and a mobilitycenter. The development of Zuiderval is in the hands of the Municipality of Enschede and HBG Vastgoed BV. For more information about Zuiderval, please check www.zuiderval.com
