DTZ Zadelhoff Holding AG, the German subsidiary of DTZ, has taken over the management of the renowned Sony Center, situated on the Potsdammer Platz in Berlin.
Due to its remarkable architecture and its unique location, the Sony Center has become a landmark. The glass complex, which is designed by architect Helmut Jahn, is one of the most prestigious objects in the German capital.
The Sony Center comprises seven buildings and has a total surface of 130.000 m². The complex houses the European headquarters of Sony and is visited by approximately 30,000 people on a daily basis. The complex consists of offices, apartments, conference facilities, restaurants, retail and several (movie) theaters. The public space is let to companies for the organization of events. In addition, many film premières take place in the center.
