DIM Vastgoed purchases shopping center in US (NL/US)

Dutch investment fund DIM Vastgoed has purchased the Wilmington Island Shopping Center for an amount of $13.5. The shopping center is situated in the suburbs of Savannah, Georgia, US.

48% of the total lettable floor space is rented by Kroger, one of the leading US supermarket chain in the southeast of the US.Another main tenant (10%) is Echerd Pharmacy.

The DIM portfolio now consists of 17 objects with a value of approximately $342 mln.
