Delta Immobilienentwicklung, the German daughter of Delta Development Group, has reached an agreement with AMB about the sale of AMB Theodorpark Logistics Center in Dusseldorf-Rath, after realization.
This new center, to be developed in the business area Theodorpark, measures 12.000 m² warehouse and on the first floor an office area of app. 1.200 m². The project will be realized in 2nd quarter 2007. The strategic location in close proximity to the motorways A52 and A44 and the airport of Düsseldorf fits perfectly into the strategy of AMB.
