At the General Meeting of Shareholders on 15 May next, Amstelland NV will propose making the dividend for the 2001 financial year of EUR 0.25 per share of EUR 0.10 nomina available as follows: entirely in cash or a distribution in shares to the debit of the (share premium) reserve.
In that case, one new share can be obtained for every 28 regular shares. The newly obtained shares will grant the owner full entitlement to dividend over the 2002 financial year and all subsequent financial years.
If the dividend proposal is accepted by the shareholders’ meeting, the dividend over 2001 will be made available from 29 May 2002 onwards.
