Cushman & Wakefield has announced it is entering into a cooperative partnership with retail specialist Comfort. From March 2017 Comfort will be Cushman & Wakefield’s exclusive partner for retail letting in Germany.
The Comfort Group is one of the leading brokerage and advisory firms for retail properties in prime city-centre locations in German-speaking countries. With offices in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Vienna and Zurich in addition to local specialist knowledge Comfort offers supra-regional and international expertise.
