Crosstree acquires Edmonton Green shopping centre for €82.5m (GB)
An affiliate of Crosstree Real Estate Partners has exchanged contracts for the €82.5m (£72m) purchase of the 495,000ft² Edmonton Green Shopping Centre in Edmonton, North London. Edmonton Green Shopping Centre occupies a site of 25 acres in the heart of Edmonton directly opposite the train station. The existing site includes over 100 shops, a daily market, office and community uses, 754 homes and over 1,000 car parking spaces.
