Aimed at logistics occupiers, Colliers will provide a central point of contact to advise them in their transnational real estate projects across Germany and Europe.
Peter Kunz, head of industrial & logistics Germany at Colliers International will lead the service. He commented: “This move consolidates our market expertise in the logistics property sector. Within the context of a structured search and selection process, local Colliers International teams will provide clients with maximum transparency in the relevant market as well as a solid foundation on which to base their decisions. The Colliers teams are assisted by logistics consultants who specialize in supply chain management and familiar with the details of the property.
