Colliers International has been instructed by Stockmann Group as exclusive advisor to investigate a possible disposal of the freehold interest in Nevsky Center located in the heart of Saint Petersburg.

 

Nevsky Center with the total area of 91.000m² and a total gross leasable of 45.000m² represents a modern high-quality building comprised of a prime shopping center anchored by Stockmann department store, prime office premises and spacious underground parking.

 

Nevsky Center represents a trophy real estate asset on the Russian property market and serves as a flagship department store of Stockmann offering a wide, high-quality range of fashion, cosmetics, food and home products.
