Real estate consultancy services group Colliers CRE has acquired two surveying firms Jansons Ltd and Paul & Co for a combined €5,4 million (£3.9 million).
Colliers said both acquisition are payable in cash, which will be funded by existing resources and the issue of new shares, and are expected to be earnings enhancing in the year to December 31, 2007.
Jansons, based in Uxbridge, is a logistics and industrial specialist and made a pretax profit of £700,000 on sales of £2.6 mln in the year to April 30, Colliers said. Paul & Company provides surveying, valuation and estate agency services to the caravan, chalet and leisure industries, achieved a pretax profit of £120,000 in the eight months to Aug 31.
