CLS is pleased to announce a further letting of 1,200 m² at Maximilian Forum to MediGene AG, a biotech company which concentrates on researching, developing, and commercialising novel drugs in two therapeutic areas: cancer and autoimmune diseases.
The lease (1,200 m²) is for a term of eight years with an option to prolong for five years at the end of the fixed term. There is no break option. The annual rent is
