From 1 October, 2004 Christian de Kerangal will rejoin IPD France as assistant General Manager. He will develop the division ‘Users’ (OPD services to mesure the efficiency of the real estate development and PFM, benchmarking service for property and facility managers), and accompany the growth of the company together with Laurent Ternisien.
Since 1996 Christian de Kerangal (37) was Manager of Studies at Bourdais, and afterwards at CB Richard Ellis Bourdais, where he developed a wide range of market studies and managed a team of seven persons.
