Corio announces that Mr. Th. W. Wernink (57), after 10 years of Chairmanship of the Management Board, will step down from his function. It is expected that Mr Wernink will resign during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 24 April 2003.
The Supervisory Board would like to express its appreciation for the way in which Mr Wernink has managed VIB and later Corio. In particular the way he managed the merger between VIB and WBN which resulted in the existing company, Corio.
In the near future the Supervisory Board will commence the search for a new Chairman.
