CGI strengthens its management with Leo Lousberg (DE)

Commerz Grundbesitz-Investmentgesellschaft mbH has strengthened its management with Leo Lousberg (55) who will start in October 2005. At the same time the Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Frank Pörschke (40) as spokesperson.

One of Lousberg's most important activities will be the sale and acquisition of real estate for CGI's open end funds.

Lousberg, born in Maastricht (the Netherlands), graduated from the University of Amsterdam in City Planning and Construction. He started his professional career at the Dutch project developer Westland Utrecht. Later on he worked as Director Portfoliomanagement at the listed real estate company VIB NV. Since 1995 Lousberg worked at the German Oppenheim Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft where he was responsible for the sale and acquisitions of foreign real estate. In this function he was also the director of Oppenheim Property Services.
