The occupancy level of the project today is 75%.
Darya Yartseva, Property Advisor, Retail Department, CBRE Russia, commented: “It is very important for CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent of this project that three large retailers have chosen City Park for their flagship stores. The results of the research and market analysis show that Saransk is a promising city for retailers. City Park has all the chances to win recognition among the citizen. And now with the enforced tenant-mix the opening of his shopping complex will become a significant event for the Republic of Mordovia.”
