CBRE: Mark Collins joins as Head of Residential (UK)

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has appointed Mark Collins as Head of Residential to further strengthen the company's residential property capability in the prime central London market.

Mark is an experienced Managing Director and joins from Harrods Estates where he has worked since 1997. He spearheaded the company's relaunch and developed a unique client base of predominantly international high net worth individuals and companies to create one of the leading luxury London estate agency brands.

Mark's appointment follows the announcement that Darien Bradshaw has joined CBRE's Asia Pacific residential team as Executive Director, International Project Marketing. Darien will be based in CBRE's Singapore office and will draw on his extensive experience in the international residential business to aid Asian investors and end-users purchase residential property in key global markets, particularly London.

Before joining Harrods Estates, Mark spent 14 years at Hamptons International becoming Group Operation Director with overall responsibility for 48 UK offices and the company's international business.

Mark is also a Director of Fulham Football Club and has twice assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer over the last 12 years. He is the club representative at the Premier League and an elected member of the Football Association Council, serving on the Referees and FA Challenge Cup Committee, of which he is Chairman.
