CBRE's Capital Markets team is appointed consultant for the sale of successfully operating Elektrosila shopping complex in Saint-Petersburg. The complex consists of hypermarket ÎKEY, shopping galleria Electra and a land plot for further development. The project is developped by Dorinda Invest.
The first phase of the project is OKEY hypermarket, which was opened in 2006, the second phase is shopping galleria Elektra that was opened to the public in September 2012. The total area is 29,000 m². The two buildings are connected to each other and located on a land plot of 51,000 m². The land plot is located next to Elektrosila metro station on the first line on Moskovskiy prospect and to federal highway, in the direction from the center to the airport. It has a high visibility and easy access. At walking distance to the project, there is a new residential development that will bring additional turnover in the nearest future.
