CBRE, the world’s leading real estate advisory firm, today announced that it has been appointed property manager and exclusive leasing agent for Galeria Mazovia in Płock, Poland.
Galeria Mazovia is the largest modern shopping centre in Płock totaling about 28,000 m² of GLA. The gallery offers 100 shops of international retails brands such as Zara, Stradivarius, BERSHKA, H&M, Media Markt, LPP Group, Piotr & Paweł, Go Sport and many service points and restaurants. Galeria Mazovia is owned by European Shopping Centre Fund (“ESCF”), the investment fund of CBRE Global Investors.
CBRE’s Retail Agency will be focusing on improving the attractiveness of Galeria Mazovia. The main goal of this process is to diversify the retail offer and to increase the loyalty and satisfaction levels of the visitors to the centre.
