CBRE announces triple promotion in CEE (CEE)

CB Richard Ellis announces the promotion of Pavel Scháòka and Patrick O'Gorman to the position of Directors for CEE Capital Markets and Jos Tromp to the position of Director for CEE Research and Consulting. All promotions are in response to the significant contribution Pavel, Patrick and Jos have made for the company.

Pavel Scháòka headed the Czech Capital Markets Team since 2006 specializing in investment advisory, acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Pavel worked for almost three years for HVB Bank (now Unicredit Bank) in Commercial Real Estate Financing Center specializing in financing projects and structuring development and investment debt in commercial real estate.

Patrick O'Gorman joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004, having started his career in Northern Ireland in asset management. Since moving to Warsaw just under 2 years ago, Patrick has been responsible for cross border investment activity within the CEE region, focusing on large asset and portfolio transactions.

Jos Tromp joined CB Richard Ellis in January 2008 as Head of CEE Research. Jos started his career as an analyst with Bureau for Market Research and Commercial Space Analysis 'Strabo' in Amsterdam. In this role he focused on residential and retail market analysis. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005, as Development Consultant / Researcher.
