CB Richard Ellis has today announced that it is expanding its presence into the Swiss property market. Geneva-based property consultancy, PI Performance Immobiliere, has been selected as CB Richard Ellis’s partner to represent them exclusively in Switzerland. The new company will be known as “CB Richard Ellis PI Performance”.
The partnership gives CB Richard Ellis access to PI Performance Immobiliere’s local network and expertise. Established in 1997, PI Performance Immobiliere has a team of fifteen people, with offices in Geneva and a recently opened office in Zurich. The company specialises in corporate real estate and structured property transactions throughout Switzerland.
CB Richard Ellis has extensive experience of the Swiss office market having recently acted for Procter & Gamble in acquiring their Geneva headquarters, a deal credited with sparking the recovery of the local office market.
