CB Richard Ellis has announced the signing of a co-operation agreement with Huoneistokeskus Oy, one of Finlands leading property consultants.
Huoneistokeskus Oy is headquartered in Helsinki, with 80 offices throughout Finland. 30 of these offices will be district coordinators in commercial business. The company will trade as Huoneistokeskus in association with CB Richard Ellis and will provide Investment, Office Agency, Valuation & Consultancy services for commercial real estate.
