The real estate company Castellum has, through its subsidiaries, sold four properties at a total of SEK 82 mln with a capital gain of SEK 33 mln. Castellum has also acquired two properties at a total of SEK 42. mln
Eklandia Fastighets AB has, during the third quarter, sold a residential property of 2,735 sq.m. in LinnÃ©staden, Gothenburg, to a new tenant-ownersâ€™ association. The sales price amounted to SEK 34 mln with a capital gain of SEK 15 mln.
Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has sold the last remaining residential property of 1,870 sq.m. in KÃ¶ping and Harry SjÃ¶gren AB has sold a smaller office property of 1,642 sq.m. in BorÃ¥s. The total sales price amounted to SEK 10 mln which correspond to booked value. The sale of the residential property in KÃ¶ping means that Castellum has concentrated its residential property holdings to central and attractive parts of Gothenburg and Helsingborg.
Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired two properties in MalmÃ¶ with a total of 8,330 sq.m. at a total of SEK 42 mln. One of the properties is located in the Ã–stra Hamnen area and the other is located in the Fosie area. Both properties are in category warehouse/industrial/logistic. Since earlier the company owns a number of properties in these areas.
During October Fastighets AB Briggen has sold a residential property of 1,867 sq.m. located by Drottninggatan in the northern parts of Helsingborg, to a new tenant-ownersâ€™ association. The sales price amounted to SEK 38 mln with a capital gain of SEK 18 mln. This sale will be accounted during the fourth quarter.
