Castellum has through the subsidiaries Fastighets AB Corallen, Harry Sjögren AB, Eklandia Fastighets AB and Aspholmen Fastigheter AB acquired two commercial properties for SEKm 106 (€ 11,6 million) and decided on investments of SEKm 77 (€ 8,4 million).
Fastighets AB Corallen has acquired an office and industrial property of approx. 9,600 sq.m. in the A6-area in Jönköping for SEKm 80 (€ 8,8 million). The occupancy rate will be approx. 85% at the time of taking possession on October 1, 2004.
Harry Sjögren AB has acquired an office and industrial property of approx. 3,400 sq.m. in the Borgås/Varla area in Kungsbacka for SEKm 26 (€ 2,8 million). The property holds an unutilized building permission of approx. 1,000 sq.m. The property was fully let at the time of taking possession on September 1, 2004.
As part of a new leasing of approx. 12,000 sq.m. in the Skår area in Gothenburg to the Police authority, Eklandia Fastighets AB will make an investment of SEKm 50 (€ 5,5 million). The main part of the investment refers to an extension of 4,700 sq.m. Time for moving in is planned to the summer of 2005.
In the area of Väster Hacksta in Västerås, Aspholmen Fastigheter AB will construct a new building of approx. 2,900 sq.m. The building will contain premises for food production and offices. The investment is estimated to SEKm 27 (€ 2,9 million). Time for moving in is planned to the summer of 2005. The municipality of Västerås has drawn up a new detailed plan targeting the area towards warehouse/logistics and food producing companies.
