Cabot Properties, Inc. has agreed on a sale and leaseback deal on a warehouse, located at Havenweg 16 in Weert, the Netherlands, for an undisclosed price. The warehouse is leased by logistics service provider Logistic Centre Weert.
The logistics premises comprises approximately 12,112m², of which c. 6,490m² is a new build and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023. The complex is located on a 19,716m² plot.
