Brunello Cucinelli leases Immobel's renovated Saint-Honoré property for Paris flagship

Immobel and Goldman Sachs Asset Management have secured luxury Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli as the anchor tenant for their meticulously renovated property at 277 Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, marking a significant milestone for this prestigious address.

The landmark deal will see Brunello Cucinelli establish its largest flagship store within the building's three-floor retail space, while also occupying the 1,200 m² of office space above. The property, acquired by the joint venture in July 2021, has undergone comprehensive transformation from its previous tenants H&M's & Other Stories and coworking provider Deskeo, to create harmonious volumes that maximise natural light and improve circulation between the previously disconnected buildings while preserving the elegant 19th century façade.

Clémentine Morin, Director of Urban Transformation for Immobel France, commented on the partnership: "We are particularly proud to welcome Brunello Cucinelli to this building, which has been renovated with the utmost care. This collaboration highlights our shared commitment to create meaningful places, where aesthetics, respect for human values and innovation come together."

The meticulous renovation, executed in collaboration with architect Fresh Architectures and contractor Fayat Bâtiment, embodies the shared values between developer and tenant - a commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and respect for heritage. Located in one of Paris's most coveted retail corridors between Rue Cambon and Rue Royale, the flagship store is scheduled to open by the end of 2025, with the prestigious retail lease brokered by specialist consultant SCC Vendôme.
