Brixton plc said Heathrow Big Box Industrial and Distribution Fund, its recently formed limited partnership with Prudential Life Assurance Ltd, has signed two new lettings at one of its two holdings near Heathrow airport.
Circle Express Ltd have completed an agreement to take the 31,454 square feet Unit C at Axis Park, Langley, on a 20 year lease, paying a rental of 345,994 stg per annum after a rent free period of 5 months.
Seko Worldwide (UK) Ltd have also signed to take the 33,477 sq ft Unit 6 on a 15 year lease at 380,804 stg per annum after a rent free period of 6 months.
Heathrow Big Box now has a vacancy rate of only 1 pct, Brixton added.
