The Temporary Group is an Italian based joint venture group cooperation of companies composed exclusively of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Italy, REAG, Collier International and Investire Immobiliare SGR.
This joint co-oporation formed specifically for this sizable Italian project, has now been formally been appointed by the Enel Group, as the official real estate advisor for the process of more effective property management of their property portfolio, with a view to the releasing of, and creating more value, for some of its non core property assets properties, including, residential, offices, commercial spaces and former industrial sites,throughout Italy.
3.000 buildings are included in the contract, and are distributed in over 400 Italian cities or villages, all over Italy with an estimated projected total value, of in excess of € 200 million.
With a presence in 13 countries, the Property Management business line of BNP Paribas Real Estate manages more than 34 million m² of property and has nearly 850 employees working across approximately 50 locations.
