Located within close proximity to Lyon city centre, the property benefits from easy access to major transport links connecting Lyon with the rest of Rhone-Alpes region. The grade A logistics asset will accommodate some 77,000m² divided into 9 units, of which 5 with positive refrigeration. On its completion, the property will also be BREEAM certified. The entire development has been pre-let to a blue-chip tenant with an off-plan lease of 10 years without break option. The purchase price was not disclosed.
