Beni Stabili H1 net up 65 pct, boosted by real estate sales MILAN (AFX) - Beni Stabili SpA said its first half net profit rose to €50.3 mln, from €30.5 mln a year earlier, boosted by sales of real estate.
Operating profit rose to €141.9 mln, from €110.6 mln in the first half of 2004, including real estate sale gains of €65.4 mln, against €27.9 mln, it said.
Rental income rose to €92.8 mln, from €89.5 mln, it said.
The results are prepared under IAS/IFRS accounting rules.
