Barings Real Estate, part of Barings LLC, has agreed to forward purchase c.23,000 m² grade A logistics warehouse development in Nanteuil le Haudouin, France, from Nexity Immobilier d’Entreprise.
The development, which will be built to a BREEAM “Very Good” rating, comprises four cells and includes 1,040 m² of office space. Work have started and the property will be completed in 10 months’ time. The property is located in the ZAC du Chemin de Paris, an established industrial par in the North East of Paris. The asset provides excellent connectivity to the surrounding highway network, as well as the international Roissy CDG airport.

Given the prime location and the excellent build quality, this should be a very successful development.
