AXA REIM France has acquired the âQuai Ouestâ office building for its German open-end fund AXA Immoselect for an amount of approximately â¬106 million from Unibail.
Quai Ouest, situated in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, is the residence of 9 Telecom. Unibail has bought the building in 1996 and renovated it in 2003. Quai Ouest consists of 15,800 m² of office space, divided over eight floors, and 371 parking places in a 5-floor underground parking garage.
