AXA Real Estate Investment Managers announces the appointment of Nathalie Charles as Regional Head of Asset Management and Transactions, Southern Region.
Reporting to Anne Kavanagh, Global Head of Asset Management and Transactions, Charles will assume managerial responsibility for Southern Europe, including France, Spain and Italy. Charles will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing AXA Real Estate’s assets in the region, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and development.
Charles joins AXA Real Estate from her role as Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate at EDF Group. During her five years at EDF, Charles led the asset, property and facility management activities across EDF and its subsidiaries in France, with a portfolio of 4.5 million m². Prior to EDF Charles spent 12 years at the Unibail-Rodamco Group, during which time she held various positions overseeing office, retail and large development projects in the Paris region.
