Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor and manager of real estate across Europe and Asia-Pacific, has fully let its 11,500 m² logistics asset, Arrow Point Monchengladbach, to IMC Pro Logistics, highlighting continued strong occupier demand in Germany's supply-constrained industrial markets.
The property, comprising 11,500 m² of logistics space across five buildings on a 14,000 m² plot, was acquired in 2021 for Arrow's €3bn Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management. Located at Dieselstraße 72 in Mönchengladbach, the asset benefits from exceptional connectivity via the A61, A64 and A52 motorways, offering prime access to Düsseldorf, Cologne and Benelux markets.

The transaction adds to Arrow's German portfolio success, which includes the recently completed Arrow Park Ludwigsfelde development near Berlin (14,000 m²) and Arrow Point Bremen, a significant brownfield development of 52,000 m² across three buildings.
