Arrow Capital Partners sells Dutch industrial complex

Arrow Capital Partners has sold an industrial complex at 1-Februariweg 8 in Heijningen, the Netherlands. The building, which has a total lettable floor area of 1,816m², was part of the €270m AXIS portfolio acquired by Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform backed by Cerberus, in June 2021. The building has been sold to Design 911, a major supplier of Porsche parts, spares and accessories. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Martien van Deursen, Head of Benelux for Arrow, said: “This disposal allows us to focus on our core portfolio. We are also accelerating our deployment of capital in the Netherlands and in Benelux as a whole, with a pipeline of opportunities in place, including in assets with income, vacancy or refurbishment potential as well as development opportunities whether forward funding or forward commitment.”
