Arrow Capital Partners has secured a major lease agreement with Stellantis &You GmbH, a subsidiary of the world’s fourth-largest automotive manufacturer, for 10,500m² of logistics space at Wiesbaden Business Park, Germany. The deal marks a significant win for Arrow’s €3bn Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) venture with Cerberus Capital Management, following the completion of a comprehensive asset repositioning programme.
Wiesbaden Business Park, acquired by Arrow in 2021, comprises over 26,000m² of mixed-use warehouse, office, and storage space. Strategically located at Borsigstraße 15 in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt, it offers seamless connectivity to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden city centre and Frankfurt Airport via the A66 motorway, positioning it as a prime logistics node in the region.

The asset will serve as a key distribution hub for Stellantis &You, delivering spare parts to repair workshops across Germany. Arrow’s in-market asset management team, operating from two offices in Germany, executed the lease. The company continues to seek opportunities in well-located light industrial and brownfield sites suitable for logistics development across the country.
