Arlington Property Investors appoints Karin van der Sluijs to spearhead its private property investm

Arlington Property Investors, part of Arlington Securities, the property services and property investment management company, has appointed Karin van der Sluijs as an Associate Director to drive forward investment in private property vehicles across continental Europe, on behalf of Arlington customers.

Karin, starting at 17 January, will be based in Arlington’s Amsterdam office, and joins from Mn Services NV in the Netherlands, where she managed European real estate investments in both private funds and listed securities. She has a Masters degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and a Bachelors degree in Commercial Economics from Rotterdam Business School. Karin is also a member of the Valuations and Best Practices Committee of EPRA and is a regular contributor to conferences on international real estate.

Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Smith, Managing Director of Arlington’s Research and Strategic Services division, which includes the indirect property team, said: “Arlington is committed to building a market-leading indirect property investment business across continental Europe.
