The British real estate agency Arlington, specialized in the development and management of managerial parks, has signed a draft agreement for the acquisition of 65% of the office project to develope in Viladecans´s business park.
The complex is promoted by the construction company Proinosa, the real estate Promoter Bali and the public company Vimesa, property of Viladecans´s town council. The park would be the first project of the British company in Spain.
The deal includes the construction of the project by the three Spanish companies that own the land, while Arlington would take charge of the investment. The business park will have 100,000 square meters of office renting space and will be developed in three stages. The first one, that includes the construction of six business buildings with a total area of 32,000 square meters, would start next September, with a specified period of three years.
