Originally built in 1982 with subsequent expansions until 2018, the property is leased to Okechamp, Arkea REIM was advised by Sienna Investment Managers, Drees & Sommer (technical) and Greenberg Traurig (legal). During this transaction, the seller was advised by Ascension Advisory and Colliers (commercial), SGS (technical) and Poelmann van den Broek (legal).
