Grosvenor, one of four operating companies of the privately-owned international property group, Grosvenor Group, has completed the sale of a portfolio of French retail warehouses. The purchase price was undisclosed.
The portfolio of eight assets across France was sold to a fund managed by Amundi RE.
Grosvenor acquired the assets on behalf of its French retail fund between 2006 and 2010. The assets comprising a total 35,000 m² house significant national brands including But, Decathlon and King Jouet.
Grosvenor was advised by Rothschild & Co (Edouard Corbière, Benoît Thébault) and Allez & Associés. Amundi was advised by Othrys, Thibierge and Gide.
