Amstelland NV (development of land, houses and commercial real estate) achieved a turnover of EUR 741 mln in 2001, in increase of 12.9% compared to 2000. Net result grew with 17% to EUR 33 mln. Profit per share increased to EUR 0.63.
This favorable development is totally achieved through autonomous growth. Amstelland expects an average increase in its financial result and to realize annually a profit per share of 15% (excluding any possible take-overs).
