Projectdeveloper AM and Commerz Investmentgesellschaft are talking about the sale of the to be developed shopping centre Victoria Square in Belfast, as has been confirmed by a source within AM.
According to the information of AM, the shopping centre involves an investment of â⬠410 mln. The shopping centre is planned to be delivered in 2007.
The shopping centre has a surface of 75.000 mò, including 50 apartments and 1.000 parking spaces. It is one of the largest projects in the history of the company.
