APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (AIK) acquired leasehold rights for an office building in Brussels, Souverain Plaza, from Cofinimmo. Real estate agent Knight Frank and legal advisor Clifford Chance were working on behalf of AIK.
The property is situated at Boulevard du Souverain / Chaussée de Wavre next to the Centre Culturel d'Auderghem. The building was constructed in 1989 and has since then been constantly well maintained. Souverain Plaza consists of around 6,500 m² lettable areas and 77 parking spaces and is fully let to various tenants from the service sector.
APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH is an associated company of the Deutsche Apotheker- und Arztebank, Germany's leading financial service provider in the health care sector. AIK has established itself successfully as the real estate investment company for occupational pension funds and insurance companies.
