By the end of 2005, AIG/Lincoln Polska, a development company, will start work on a new office project in Warsaw: Grzybowska Park. The 7-storey A-class building will offer almost 10,000 m² of rentable space. The estimated cost of the project is 20 million.
Grzybowska Park was designed by the APA Wojciechowski architectural firm in co-operation with RTKL. Architects from APA Wojciechowski were also commissioned for another of AIG/Lincoln Polska's office developments in Warsaw - Riverside Park, which is to be completed next month.
